Oh I originally didn't think of him being a dragon! actually i wanted to put claws on his boots as a decoration / self defense option even if his feet aren't actually talons;; BUT NOW THAT YOU MENTION IT I SHOULD MAKE HIM A DRAGON!!!! I was kind of thinking of him being a dragon or something of some sort in his story but forgot to give him more dragonlike features???? Maybe his wings and tail only show up when he needs them >:D

OH that's actually a good stylish features maybe they think its boots but when they touch or accidentally step on his feeth they realize "oh my gosh its not boots its his actual FEET?!" Lol. Omg pls do excited to see what you do with him ;0; also yes i can imagine him hiding his wings/tail to try and fit more to those around him maybe avoid suspicion??
