Inti

Baker of Cookies

A mortal who has held a plethora of odd jobs across his life and has accrued a wide variety of middling skillsets. Truly a jack of all trades, there's little Inti hasn't done before - ranging from simple magery to electrician work to nursing.

Little did he think that the latter would prove so significant, however - serving a side gig for CTZ Solutions, he was allowed to heal a blank and mysterious individual who was covered in gruesome wounds. Unbothered by their stoicness but unnerved by the security and scientists prowling around, Inti cracked a few jokes and brought them some cookies. When the work ended and Inti went off to find another odd job, he thought little of the meeting.

At least, not until after the apocalypse struck. Inti was injured terribly when the bus he was in was thrown off a cliff, but emerged alive - and managed to make his way to a small camp of survivors. He helped with healing and prepping the area as a more permanent home, and was pleasantly surprised to see Mitra again - an old childhood friend of sorts, as much as Kirin can have childhoods.

Mitra convinced Inti to join him on a journey towards the so-called Standing City, a safe haven for all mortals. Inti agreed and the two set off within the week, planning to travel the main route across the remaining settlements towards the City's isle.

They were stopped by a man Inti instantly recognized: the stoic, injured, blank-faced somebody he'd healed all those years ago. Near-frantic, they introduced themself as Artemis, and demanded to be allowed to help escort Inti to the City - having remembered him and sought him out from a mixture of obligation and fondness. Though initially suspicious, Inti caved when Mitra exclaimed it was totally a great idea!

He serves as the group's general everything - foraging, cooking, setting up camp, hunting, healing, magery, handyman, the list is endless. He struggles to maintain his pacifistic idealism in the deadened world, but likes to think of himself as their moral compass when pressed.
