Vincent is a 150-something year old scientist who lives in the City. His appearance is (obviously) that of a younger man. He is 6 feet tall, has purple hair and. Alongside this, he is roughly 80% prosthetics. The only part of him that's still fleshy is the bottom half of his face and the upper half of his torso.
When he was around his 30s, he performed surgery on himself in order to escape death. At the time he was diagnosed with a (then) terminal illness, so he decided to make himself more robot than human. He now works as a chemistry teacher.
In this world, Vincent is considered a level ? threat. He's a rare case of someone not having any powers.
It is rumored Vincent lives a double life, since he's been around for so long and has likely gotten involved with some shady businesses in the past. His past can't be determined, on account of the fact that everyone he knew then is now dead. Only he knows the truth of that rumor. (spoilers, kind of true?)
To describe his personality, he's impatient and blunt as well as passionate about science. He's not well-liked due to his rudeness, but people still find him cool regardless. He encounters G after she enters the City and is skeptical about her nature.
