My friends and I, including Flutter, were doing a chaotic crossover RP. Flutter was offering TamaGOTCHAs as characters while I was playing Ben Tennyson from hit cartoon Ben 10 (2016). End result, the child with the weird watch now has a weird digital dragon creature who is here to cause mischief and also livestream things.
Twitchy, in addition to the standard array of TamaGOTCHA abilities, is able to tap into many forms of screen-capture to aid in livestreaming in addition to being able to film through his camera. He can add overlays to his video as he pleases, and said streams can be viewed through the screen on his back. The middle section of the green marking on his stomach also functions as a screen, although it's exclusively able to display the specifications for his video. Although he has many abilities that can aid in information-gathering, he is sorely lacking in the fight department, as his only battle capabilities are his claws and numerous spikes. When threatened, Twitchy is more likely to run than fight, blinding a foe and then taking the opportunity to flee to safety.
