GOLDFISH CHOW

Etsumi got separated from his parents when he was just a baby. He wandered into a man's ramen shop and was adopted by him when his parents couldn't be located. Etsumi had a fascination with the little goldfish that were kept at the shop and eventually convinced his dad to get more. Eventually, after obsessing over the goldfish, Etsumi chose his tag! Growing up, his dad taught Etsumi how to help around the shop and eventually how to make his special ramen! He loved doing this and even took over the shop once his dad retired!
