coattail

an easily excitable and eccentric rabbit (?) who works at the local medical research lab. the lab is very cruel and disposes of test subjects in messy ways, which coattail oversees. her vision is poor because of "budddy", so she looks too close to the machines, and gets blood on her clothes. most coworkers say she means well, but they're often unsettled by her love for work.
her eye (named buddy) opens and closes on its own, and telepathically communicates with her. she assumes everyone hears it, and responds outloud. this causes her to appear as if she talks to herself frequently
