ABOUT
Novi is the fierce and powerful leader of Belyaev. His country is in a strategic alliance with Bauknecht, but Novi himself is distrustful of the nation's Chancellor, Kaiser. He sees the leader's power as something he abuses, though Novi does much the same.
Novi in his personal life largely acts the same as he does publically. He is cold and reserved, not paying much mind to those he considers below him. He is often manipulative, and goes behind other's backs to get what he wants.
BIOGRAPHY
"I'm not asking you; I'm telling you."
Novi came into power after an insurrection by his grandfather, which led him to become the eventual heir to Belyaev's Tzar title. Growing up, his father was disinterested in him, and his mother was unknown to him. He was left to the care of the palace caretakers, who felt betrayed by his father and the same by him. He largely raised himself, leading to his values of self-sufficiency that he wishes to instill in his country today.
When his grandfather passed at only Novi's 14th year, it left his vindictive father to lead the country. The combination of Novi's resentment towards his father and the lust for power was a dangerous mix, which culminated in the suspicious death of his father only 12 years into his reign, when Novi was 26. Novi quickly assumed the role of Tzar, and having had previous military experience when he was 18-22, expanded the country's borders farther south, into the area of their previous neighbors.
RELATIONS
Kaiser and Novi are in a strategic (and distrustful) relationship between their countries. Kaiser sought help from Novi to protect Bauknecht in their war, which Novi accepted.
Željko is the cold president of Kovač, which is a strategic ally to Belyaev. Kovač is largely under control by Belyaev, with Novi manipulating Željko in his every move.
Ioannis is the President of Kallis, another ally to Belyaev. Though, Novi and Ionnais's personalities clash greatly.
