Kon-Tatsu is a "bot" entity that exists outside of the canon, she alongside other "bots" aren't really considered robots per say? Not quite mechanical nor organic (perhaps the closest comparison is near a golem or just an obscure entity)

Pretty friendly and energetic, Tatsu often gets excited to award people achievements and other things be it relating to a game/fun activity or whatever may peak their interest.
Though when it comes to rewarding people, they have a tendency to get too eager and poof in at often unexpected, inappropriate times. With tons of sparkles and confetti.
