Mystival is the childhood best friend of journalist Galarie Gumshoe - who was dragged to Snaktooth only to make sure Galarie didn't get herself killed (and also to carry Galarie's stuff). They're just a little bit horrified by bugsnax and even more by the dysfunction of the grumps around the place, Mystival tries their best to help out but... something about it just doesn't stick

When they're not with Gala hunting and studying bugsnax, they're back at town helping with any injuries or speaking with Floofty - Mys being one of the few grumps that refuse to let Floofty talk down to them.

Trivia

• Mys isn't allergic to bugsnax, but after seeing Galarie was (and just generally being freaked out by them) they refuse to partake.
• They get along fine with most grumps but are closest to Triffany and Floofty (and post-dlc, Shelsy).
• They're an artist! One of Galarie's claims to get them to come to Snaktooth was suggesting it would help with their art block. It did not.
• They tend to bottle up their feelings a lot, this results in sudden explosions of highly volatile emotions when they reach their limit.
