Background

Under the wish of a Queen who lives in the ocean, Mayumi were born with the purpose to rule again. The Queen had lived a lonely strict life but she didn't hate it as she is able to keep her subjects under her content and happy. However, the Queen didn't have much freedom and she regrets that, seeing that she had enforced the same strict parenting to her children. She wished to break the cycle and that wish was so strong that it reached upon a star, birthing Mayumi.

As soon as Mayumi were born, she immediately knew what her goal is. To rule again but still be herself, not restricted by anything. Mayumi went to travel in her early life to sustain herself and find other starsnares to socialize herself. Once she found herself older and felt ready to start her goal, she traversed through oceans to have found an area. She communicated with the aquatic wildlife and associated herself with them, creating friends and a safe residence for them. It grew to the a place where many aquatic life and possibly other starsnares come reside under her protection in the ocean.

Suijin

Lover
When Mayumi first met Suijin, she thought of him as charming but disallowed herself to think of him further. However through Suijin's preseverence and constant company, she found herself constantly thinking of him and feelings grew. Suijin were consistent in teasing and flirting with her, sometimes Mayumi gets embarrassed but she refuses to show that side of herself and would play and flirt with him back. Years went by and she decided to accept Suijin as her lover and have been quite happy with her decision.

Shui Wei Sheng Niang

Dear Friend
Mayumi and Shui were first introduced by Suijin and Mayumi knew that she would immediately get along with Shui. She felt at ease with Shui and wanted to be close with her and luckily Shui felt the same way. They would sit together and have refreshments together as they chat about various things.

Enkai

Suijin's Brother | Friend
When Enkai first introduced himself, Mayumi were in awe at the similarity that both Suijin and Enkai had. She knew that starsnares aren't physically possible to have blood relations. Mayumi felt the differences between them though, it might be because of the years she had with Suijin and Suijin's personality but Enkai is like a very mild version of Suijin.

Sango

Friend
As a fellow starsnare who resides in the water and providing protection, Sango visits Mayumi whenever she was free. Mayumi greatly appreciates her visits and would always look forward to her visits and chats.
