Dr Kat

Dr Kat appears to be a very casual and laid-back doctor who isn't fond of making himself look nice. He doesn't have time to dress up properly, he has lots of work to do. There is an odd air around him, like something may be up, but nobody can really pin-point what it is and he seems nice and friendly enough! Mostly. Dr Kat hides a complex past, however, leaving him a rather frizzled and easily distracted man.
