- Is called Franky by the older workers in the building. And only Grandpappy by his grandchildren.
- Sometimes brings his cat to work, he's old enough that the higher-ups do not question him. Newton sits in the vents or under his table.
- Mentoring Red with fixing the building electricity. Considers Red as his son.
- Even though his title is an electrician, he is technically an organics electrician. Tending to the organs of the building with his blue jumpsuit because the building's "eyes" are colorblind to the color blue. It makes it easier for him to not get eaten or detected.
- He is the only one on the staff with a key to the attic in the basement.
- In his off time takes hikes in Needlestalk National Park. Takes Newton with him.
- Used to be a skilled baseball player in his 30s before retiring in his 60s. Still reminisces his time back then.
- Widower, the only relatives left are his daughter-in-law and three grandchildren who live with him. He loves his family dearly and will spoil his grandchildren with teeth, toys, old souvenirs, etc.
- His wife and son went missing when they were hiking in the National Park 10 years ago. Frank still has hope of finding them.
- Has a hoarse Brooklyn accent. When he talks, sometimes black dust particles escape.
- Frank is rumored to be one of the oldest Antecountians in his county. Most don't grow hair unless they are in their hundreds. When people ask him, he just says it's a wig.
