Personality
Bit of a weirdo that likes blatantly stalking people. He’s a curious fellow and will inspect any object that is given to him. He’s like a “scary friend” of the sorts; can be docile but is also dangerous. Has a deep voice but most of the time is mute. He doesn't really convey facial expressions so it can be scary when he gets spurts of violent energy

Getting his tail pulled, getting hurt, …
Abilities
Can move his eyes separately like a chameleon
Can make others go into a hallucinogenic state if they stare into his eyes for too long. The victim will be dazed and disoriented. When he wants to do this on purpose it’s to consume larger prey and/or.. murder someone lol
Can replicate other people’s voices mostly as a way to charm, but it can come off as creepy
