Missile

A Dragapult/Toxtricity fusion created to be a lethal weapon. Fast, efficient, no hesitation... Capable of flying at high speeds and traversing through objects like it were but water.

However, there's two problems. No matter how hard they try, Dreepy avoid and even fear Missile due to their unpredictable behavior. And second, their nature in general leads them to lash out against their handlers.

Thus it lacks willing firepower and has to rely on its claws and breath. This labeled it a failure, to which it now resides in the labs deep below as a pet project.

It's not happy about this.

Perhaps some plucky trainer will free it from it's fate?
