Phoebe has 2 versions, one that's of a 1930's rubber hose cartoon, and another similar form to the first one but is an anthro, but a more developed version like a late 80s cartoon. 

Backstory:

Phoebe was a cartoon character who is thought to have been shown in theatres in 1940. But was later redesigned in a modern way and used again in 1985 in a show which aired until 1992 where the character was never seen again. Her 'Nemesis' Effie remains at that time as a new show's host but it didn't last long because the TV station with "Phoebe the amazing Ferret" closed down for good in December 1993, on 9:00 PM for an unknown reason. She finally returns as a Fursona--
