Lucky Clover is a dryad. They reside in the Everfree forest and watch over nature. Long ago their kind used to help those lost in the forest, until other ponies discovered that these dryads bring bountiful luck and fortune. They were hunted, and sought after as magical pets. Clover is one of the last of their kind, and is extremely fearful of others. They prefer a life of solitude in the forest, hoping they're not stumbled upon by lost travelers. However, Clover is not completely heartless, and will step in to help those who are lost or in trouble.

Clover's main talent is luck magic, but they also have the power to camouflage into the environment and seamlessly become one with trees and foliage. They can revive dead plantlife, and purify waters. They also enjoy helping injured animals, though they cannot heal them with magic, they're very nurturing and great at finding medicinal herbs and plants.
