ADOPT TOS

Hello you've bought an adopt of mine, or you're considering it! Thank you I love you mwah.

TOS:

You may:
- resell the adoptable, give them away or trade them. You don't have to inform me of where they go, but it would be nice.
- use the design for personal reasons. Commercial rights to the design will have to be discussed in a case by case manner.
- edit the art for use as avatars, banners, crop it, etc.
- change the design (as long as you're not drawing on the original artwork!)
- credit me! zemyna on toyhouse, @v_reveries on twitter, or @verifying on tumblr!

Please do not:
- trace or draw on the original artwork. You can any kind of design changes you'd like, but please do it with separate artwork!
- make clone characters and sell the designs.
- use my designs for any kind of discrimination, hate speech, or abuse.
- claim to have made the design.
- remove my signature or credit.
- bid more than you can pay / repeatedly back out of sales.
- make non-personal merchandise without my permission! Commissioned individual items are ok, but please do not use my official art for these without my explicit permission.
- use my designs for commercial vtuber avatars unless the design was commissioned as one or you have already negotiated this with me.
- bring my art anywhere near NFTs. My artwork is not an NFT and I do not support them.

I retain the right to use the art of the adopt (that I created) to advertise my own design or adoptable work, commission samples, or portfolio. I will not use them commercially without express permission.
I retain the right to change this TOS.

Please don't be that guy and break these rules I reaaally don't want to have to enforce them.

Also, absolutely not mandatory, but if you get a commission you like or you come up with a fun idea, you can always come message me about it! I wanna know what you end up doing with these funky guys :)
