Bennie was born in Chiswick, London, and immediately he was a charming lad. He insisted right off the bat that his name would be spelled only with the ie ending. He wasn't totally misbehaved, but he didn't really get good grades in school. He found it difficult to read and write, and just preferred having fun. He was a big momma's boy, and loved playing pranks on his older brother. When Bennie's mother fell ill, he cranked his mischief up to 11. Acting out, getting suspended and eventually expelled. His father got so fed up with him that he shipped him off to boarding school.
At school, he found he had a crush on another boy who went there. Discovering his orientation, learning kindness and gentleness from this boy, Bennie found himself more reformed. He didn't feel like acting out anymore. And then, when he found himself left behind as his family had moved away without him, he ran to Parker's home for the summer and the crush only got stronger. The days they spent together stitched themselves firmly into his heart and when he left, he swore to himself they wouldn't lose touch and they'd see each other again.
Unfortunately, with his love now far away, Bennie turned back to being a bad kid. He entered American High School and immediately made friends with another kid in detention. His father was jailed, and Bennie slugged his way thru the next 4 years, writing letters to Parker.
When he graduated, he hopped in his car with his best friend and sped off. But over the years, he knew his life was going to be incomplete til he found Parker again. He got lucky when Parker had moved to New York, and Bennie made his way there, found work, and set about to finding him. He was afraid... of his opinion, but... when it happened, things couldn't have been more perfect.

... Speechless. Parker is wonderful, adorable, perfect. Bennie has a heavy bias towards him. He doesn't want to embarrass himself, or seem like an idiot or a mess around him (which he usually doesn't care about). He pined after him for years and the bottled up feelings exploded one day, but luckily, Parker takes that sort of thing well. Bennie is intensely in love, and is eternally grateful for such an impeccable lover. ;) Plus, Parker is teaching him to be kind.

Bennie loves Briggs, so much that he insists on calling him by the old childish name "Briggy" (No one else can). Bennie wants him to lighten up, loosen up, and doesn't seem to understand Briggs' mental issues and nervous tendencies. So he's not the best at being supportive in the right way. But he does want his big bro to be happy.

Good times together goofing around as high school friends. Getting in trouble, making stupid songs and videos, ditching prom for better activities. They traveled together so long you'd think they'd be sick of each other, but they're such peas in a pod. Bennie trusts Vic with his life. His favorite dude.
