General
Serathiel is an individual disinterested in the antics of mortals. They hold a "better-than-thou" attitude towards virtually everyone they encounter, and happen to be particularly aggressive towards humans and angelkind. They live as a wanderer of quieter lands far away from civilization, but have seen more action following their recruitment as a summon. Their distant nature leads them to not have many that they could call acquaintance or even friends.
Before being met with an unfortunate fate, they were a respected angel that guarded important locations across their homeland.
Fighting Style
Serathiel is a strong foe, with unexpected physical strength as well as light-themed magic that can easily subdue or kill the average person. With this strength however comes a jarring weakness, being the exposed soul that floats in the center of their ring vessel. They can also become fatigued if they overexert their magic, leading them to be careful with how they take down an opponent.
In the past, they honed their skills in light and sound magic, and eventually close-ranged combat. They were given an ornate hammer of paladins as a mark of their guardianship, used heartily by them until one fateful day...
The Sullied Angel
One century ago, Serathiel was standing guard at a high-status building in their homeland of Luxia, when they and their co-guardian were jumped and captured by humans. Serathiel was taken captive and sent in one of the many remote research laboratories that humans had constructed. Eventually, they were used for an experiment requiring angel souls. In the procedures the humans had done, their soul had permanently become more fragile, and they were awakened in a new form that had left them furious. They lashed out and killed or mortally wounded the humans surrounding them, and fled the facility out of fear that something else would happen to them.
Their memory would become hazy following this event, eventually manifesting into a disdain for humans with not much rhyme or reason. At first, they tried seeking help from others that used to know them, but was only turned away as a freak to angel society. It left them feeling spiteful towards angelkind, choosing not to associate with them anymore from there on.
In more recent years... they've agreed to a contract with a summoner after a chance meeting. They act rather distant and are unwilling to assist them at times. Despite this, Serathiel has not broken their end of the contract in hopes that the two will find what Serathiel had been seeking.
Quirks
Serathiel is extremely distrustful of humans in present day. They feel the need to stay away after the trauma they underwent, and refuses to let one touch them. They also dislike fellow angelkind after being outcast from their homeland when they needed help the most.
If they're ever met with scenes or events similar to what they've experienced in the past, they'll become very stressed.

- Usually has cheated angles when drawn, feel free to interpret things differently if you'd like.
- Usually wears loose clothing and robes. May be open to experiment with different styles.
- Likes white, gold, beige or brown themed things.
Trivia
- Serathiel isn't too interested in settling down with someone unless the two develop a very strong relationship. They hate nearly everyone they see anyway.
