Oliver is known to be a very powerful being with a lot of authority. He has the power to create life while also able to destroy it. He's able to create life through using stars, which is where the realm deputies and leaders come from. It is said that the ancestors of the realms were first created from stars by Oliver himself. His role within the realms is to appoint new deputies and leaders while also taking part in monitoring the afterlife. If a deputy and/or leader proves themsleves to not be fit for their role (mostly via. violence, tyranny), he is forced to relieve them from their duties and send them to the Liminal Realm. (aka commits justified murder)

Oliver is incredibly confidential with the work he does and it's often hard to read his expression. He has no mouth, so he cannot speak and voice his emotions. (This obv does not mean he can't feel emotion lmao) Although he is very discreet and secluded from other people, It is obvious he means well and can be trusted regardless of whether someone knows who he is or not. He gives off a very 'peaceful' vibe and is often described as an 'angel' by a lot of people who know him. He's just generally very sweet.
