ABOUT TRADING DESIGNS (TOS)
Ownership Transfer and Trading
- Designs themselves must not be sold for higher than their base value. The only additional value to a design's price tag should be any art included that was bought and not traded or gifted.
- I do not accept designs or closed species created by me to be traded for vouchers.
- Only designs that have been bought from the original source (batches, auctions, customs) and resells can be resold.
- Traded designs must be traded or gifted. Not resold.
- Gifted designs must be gifted. Not resold.
- If the design being resold, traded, gifted is a MYO slot, their design must be finalized before the ownership transfer.
- Please do not re-upload a design by me when it is traded or resold or gifted. Please use the transfer ownership feature and submit whether it is traded, resold or gifted in the reasons box. (optional, but I'll appreciate it!)
- There is a cooldown feature for my CS adoptables (not applied to Non-CS). For brand new adopts from batches and auctions will have a cooldown of a week before their ownership can change. This only applies to brand new adopts out of a batch, after the cooldown they can be traded freely.
Modifications
- Do not edit the design significantly without permission first. Small edits are allowed, such as slight tone shifts. This rule applies to noticeable palette changes, marking changes, and body modifications. Do send me a note if you're not sure!
- Do not edit design artwork made by me without permission first. Unless it's a minor hair edit, but if you're unsure please send a note my way.
- Do not edit myo designs drawn by another artist without their permission first.
- You are allowed to edit myo designs on a base created by me as long as it is not significant body modifications. Do check with me first if you're not sure.
- Design traits must not be edited on the CS adoptable. Do not attempt to edit or swap out traits.
