The Memory

There were a number of Pokemon in the Old Plains, Arceus' original home, which do not exist in the New Lands. That is, a whole alphabet of Unowns and a number of evolutions are missing, Arceus unable to remember how to recreate them. Still, The Memory is a slightly off recreation of an evolution of Eevee which once existed in the Old Plains. This particular iteration watches people Arceus finds interesting and relays information to parties where need be.
