she/her | young (exact age unknown) | grew up on the Lotus's First Petal (Spi-linda territory) but moved to the Fifth Petal to hunt down Evelyn

Friend of Evelyn. Needs to assassinate Evelyn but keeps failing to do so. 

Lost her sister at an early age. Turned her back on society and worked odd jobs to get by. Found a job that promised to bring her sister back from the dead if she killed Evelyn... and is currently trying to complete said job. 

Very murderous. Loves to fight. Hides all this behind her childish appearance, as well as her comical behavior. 

Has electrical powers!! Most of the time they appear as a single concentrated ball of electricity (see ref). Very strong--oftentimes goes overboard and kills people she only meant to shock. Oops.
