[4.] Fluffy

Fluffy is a polar bear that often cosplays as a pirate. He wears his pirate outfit from time to time. He doesn't have it on all the time though. He always wears his bisexual bandana collar. He has the ability to control and/or manipulate the weather (Atmokinesis).

Fluffy often sets up donations/non-profit organizations to help out people in need. He tries his best to make sure the people in the world are living the best life they possibly could live. He has always been known to put others before himself. Most of the time, he does like to cosplay as a pirate but most of the time, he doesn't really act like one. He is more calm and friendly compared to many known pirates on Planet Arcanum.
