The first impression of Oti one would get is that he's a giant asshat. He's quick tempered with a sharp tongue and rearing to get things done. He kind of has a little guy complex and can be fighty, which often gets him or even others into trouble. He only seems to be more fun loving and at ease when he's let out on a mission where he can roam free and burn some energy.
Once you can get past his hard shell, though, you will find that Oti is just an incredibly sensitive boy who cares hard and can become a very loyal friend when given the chance!
