Notes for redesign:

- Fit Eccosian/Welsh lore. This is mostly the outfit -- whose colors are they wearing and why would they have fallen in with this family?

---> Keep/elaborate on star motif. OOO, what if their family worshipped the Stars? (Fate, maybe? Or someone else...younger Stars?) It would make sense for the Welsh to worship other deities--they may only have one god but they aren't monotheistic.

---> Magic is definitely different from Eccosians'. They've been learning how to cast magic from their soul instead of drawing it out with grapes. Still use Welsh grapes for the most part. (Welsh grapes are starting to get expensive, though...hmmm, what if they were a dress maker for the nobles and that's what finances their expensive ventures?)

---> Specializes in manipulating air particles. (Temperature manipulation of particles; most familiar particle is air.) Creates gusts, clouds, water vapors, mist, etc. Magic is strangely more permanent than Eccosians--they've been able to weave clouds/mist into their dresses.

Wanted: An elemental magic user with story potential (i.e., someone whose design reflects their background -- for example: - a farmer with nature-based magic and rough hands from working in fields).
