The only arms dealer in the entire city of Grand Popstar Central with the designation of a Black Star, meaning his weapons are absolutely top-notch, able to serve as military-grade weaponry if need be. The major problem for customers is, well, cost... but hey, he doesn't care! He just loves seeing others come into his shop, The Armory Den.
Nobody knows what the D in his nickname stands for, but everyone calls him Crazy D because the guy's a nutty war veteran whose crazy antics have actually won legitimate battles. This is also why he's a Black Star dealer, because of his war vet status.
