  [TAMA'S DESIGN TOS]  

If it's unclear or if you're uncertain, please just ask me through discord, TH message, or IG !

[1.] You are allowed to resell/trade/gift my adopts. Reselling must not be more than the base value (unless it has extra art, which adds the value)

- Note : I will always state how much USD/$ I received if it's purchased using money on the character transfer note on toyhouse

[2.] Redesigns are also allowed but please let me know about it and try not to make it completely different than the OG design (keep the main theme/color palette). Also, do not delete the old design from their toyhouse please~

- Example :

a.) Bright rainbow themed -- into --> make it pastel but still rainbow and pretty much has the main patterns in the same place (OK)

b.) Monochromatic themed -- into --> gave tiny bits of colors here and there but still mainly monochromatic (OK too)

c.) Dolphin theme with pink as main color -- into --> Goldfish with yellows as main color (LOL nope !! Too far there pal)

[Slight hue/saturation change is allowed! No need to inform me on this one~]

[3.] Giving the character an outfit makeover/alternative is fine as long as it still looks like the OG design. No need to inform me about this!

- Example :

a.) The adopt you purchased from me is a vintage girl with a cute white dress, and then you gave her a more modern outfit (I shall allow)

b.) The adopt has long hair and then you turn it into a ponytail or braids (OK, making it short iz ok too if its related to the story u gave them)

c.) The adopt has black hair and blue eyes but you changed it into pink hair and red eyes (Nope, please inform me if you do this. This counts as a redesign unless stated that its an alternative fashion like using hair dye and contact lenses -> which means the OG design is still in use along with it)

[4.] You're allowed to make AU or other forms for the design (human, furry, pony, whatever!) but please make it connected to their TH profile either by using tabs or links ! Just like when redesigning, please let me know abt it and try not to stray too far from the OG design.

[5.] If the design you got from me is from a SPECIES (Opened nor Closed), please pay attention to the species TOS as well !

[6.] I'd love to see the arts you got for them or when you draw them. So, feel free to tag/DM me to see your drawing of em!!
