Moon

The King of the Yokai, the all powerful kami of the night, Tsukuyomi. Nowadays he's generally laid back, and just goes by "the moon" (because that's what he is). Often at odds with Amaterasu (the Sun), because of her distaste in yokai. He doesn't often mettle in the affairs of the yokai he rules over however he does make it a point to make sure they do not cause any serious damage to the human population, because he, and all other yokai would then face the wrath of the Sun. Because he is the actual whole ass moon, he controls the tides, and he cannot physically wander around the earth for too long or else it would throw off the gravity of the planet. He is capable of projecting a smaller version of himself onto earth to speak to people though.
