Design TOS

•Owning ANY of my designs comes with the understood and agreed upon obligation to follow my design TOS!! By owning a design of mine, you are responsible to adhere to all of the terms and conditions I have laid out!! Failure to comply with my design TOS may result in a warning or a potential blacklist. 

•Do not apply your or anyone else’s TOS over my own. 

•Redesigns are totally okay but please make sure the character is recognizable and has at least a few similarities to the original design. Do not claim the design as your own and please make sure to keep my credit for the original design!! Crediting yourself as an additional designer is fine! Please also make sure to keep the art of the original design in the character’s profile. Do not delete the art made by me.

•You get commercial rights when purchasing my designs. No additional fee is needed. However, the art must be your own or commissioned specifically for commercial use. My art cannot be used for commercial purposes. 

•Please do not involve my designs in hate art or any sort of problematic media. 

•Gender swapping and changing the species of any of my designs is okay but please do not change the race/remove ethnic features of any of my designs when applicable (ex: humans, humanoids, kemonomimi, Gijinkas). Please refrain from removing top surgery scars or the transgender identity of any of my designs if they’re specifically stated or implied to be Trans. Same goes for sexuality.

•If you'd like to modify or edit my art, please feel free to do so! Whether that be adding a filter or just adding in more design details! However, I kindly ask that you provide proper credit both to my second account, Glumpupz, as well as to yourself for your edits!!

•Please do not sell my designs if received through a trade/for free (no selling for Money/DA points/Nitro/Robux/etc). These characters cannot be sold unless extra art is added (commissioned art, personal art) but please make sure its more than just an uncolored sketch. Free art or gift art does not add onto the characters value >_< I also ask that you do not resell my designs for a higher price than they are worth!! Trading my designs received for free/via trade is fine!! However, please make sure to add on additional artwork (again, commissioned art or personal art) if asking for money in addition to a trade!! 

•Please do not trade or sell my designs offsite if the TH profile is going to be deleted. I’d like to keep track of my designs. 

•Co owning my designs is okay but please no double profiles! Id like if my designs were limited to just one profile! 

•Please do not delete/private the profile of my designs. I like to keep track of them! If you have a particular reason for wanting to private their profile please make sure to lmk beforehand!! Under no circumstances should the original profile be deleted, UNLESS the deletion was caused by a hack and no solution was available. 

•While I currently do not have a resale cooldown enforced for my designs, I would appreciate it if my designs were used by the original purchaser and not immediately resold or traded :[ However, my designs can be immediately resold if financial emergencies arise!! I trust that people will make decisions that are in line with their current circumstances and needs :3

•I offer holds for up to a week for my character designs!! If unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent you from completing payment, please reach out to me and make sure to let me know what’s going on!! Alternatively, if an unexpected emergency comes up and you need more time, the possibility for an extension for the hold period can be discussed :3 I do not tolerate unnecessary or sudden payment cancellations!! If this were to happen, I may issue a warning or blacklist you as a result ^^

•Please be aware that while i’ve detailed my TOS, I may occasionally add or change certain things in the future! It’s always a good idea to consult the TOS policies on a regular basis to ensure the guidelines are up to date! I will do my best to inform everyone if anything in my TOS has been altered or added! :3
