When he was a young fae, Elswyth's favorite pastime was to pick on the villagers that lived nearby. There was one prank -- oh boy, was it fun -- he would use his magic to make the wildlife grow; it wasn't enough to be noticeable, but trip those too engrossed in their hunts.

As he grew older, his interest in silly little pranks waned. Did he grow tired of being mischievous? Heavens no! Quite the opposite, really! As his powers grew, so did his insatiable need for anarchy and mischief.

These days, you can often find him prancing through the fields and making wildflowers grow. He hopes one day, someone will come along to reign mischief with him -- or even to rein himself in.
