Adoptable TOS

Ownership

• Once bought, please credit me as the creator of the design on the first post of the adoptable. After the first post it’s no longer required 
• Once bought altercations can be made to the adoptable, including:
  • Adding or removing accessories 
  • Changing species, gender, and name
  • Altering the color or design
• Different forms of the adoptable can be created, however if being resold or traded, ALL forms must be sold together and not separately, including the original design
• Designs can be co-owned by others, however one person must be recognized as the sole owner

Reselling/Trading

• You cannot resell the adoptable for more than you originally bought it for.
• The adoptable may only be sold for more if it’s accompanied by commissioned artwork of the adoptable 
• The adoptable can be traded for artwork and other characters.
• However, if the design is gifted or traded to another owner, it can only be traded and re-gifted
  • If the adoptable is traded or gifted, the trader or gifter must recognize the no longer have rights over the traded or gifted adoptable
• The adoptable can be resold for coupons or vouchers. However, I’m not responsible if said vouchers or coupons are lost, damaged, scammed etc.

Commercial Rights

• The adoptable can be used for selling merchandise of said character. This includes but not limited to:
  • T-shirt designs
  • Keychains
  • Charms
  • Cards
