INACTIVITY NOTICE! CURRENTLY/ABOUT IN THE MARINES BOOT CAMP!

Starting to put everything on authorization.

Currently on my way to the hotel I'm staying at before MEPS Tomorrow (the 9th) I'll be heading up to the boot camp I'll be at all the way until April 5th in which I will graduate.

13 is from January 9th to around March 17th (if I counted correctly) so I don't know if I'll get my devices and items back after that point on if they'll keep it until my graduation.

But like stated in previous bulletin. I'm going COMPLETELY INACTIVE. I'll be authorizing dues on my sales account as well and copying and pasting this to all the aminos that I'm one. Love you nerds, none of you get cancelled while I'm gone and don't die 💞

This is my Terms of Service, please follow them to the best of your abilities or problems may be caused! These are subject to change.

If you have questions, don't be afraid to ask.

Loopholes in my TOS will not be accepted as a valid excuse of going against it and will get you blacklisted and blocked if you go actively out of your way to find one and exploit it. You will be blocked on all other medias I know you on as well.

General Section.

Yes, my characters have price tags. That does not mean they're UFS, it just so I won't forget what I bought them for and can update their prices accordingly when I sell them. Don't ask for purchase anyone on this account. All ufs characters are on my sales account SoartearAdopts

Just don't be an ass. Be a decent person, don't drag me in drama that has nothing to do with me, don't complain if I don't give an OC to you, and God almighty, don't steal!

Fella that are still on are ones that are being redesigned, I am debating on selling, or I don't want specific people to see. You may skip this authorization section.⚠️

Authorization Most of my OCs are on authorized users only, the only ones that aren't are OCs UFS or if I'm in an art fight (which I'm constantly am). I usually authorize people I have sold OCs to, have talked to for a long while and trust, who have liked or subscribed to me or have authorized me (it's only far for me to authorize them back!). If you have done none of these things and want to be authorized, send me an inbox but their are no promises that I will actually do it. If I don't answer you back in a couple days don't take that as me declining, I get busy. I will authorize most people since I trust them, but if it's a very new account or person who seems to have some fishy stuff going on in their comments I might not authorize them without asking around or looking into it. If you've been randomly authorized by me,it means I like you, your TH, your stories, ect. And trust you. I don't just randomly authorize people for no reason.

Do not refer to my art and designs as HQ, MQ, LQ unless you actually know the meaning of the terms! People don't understand what they mean when they say this. People mistake effort for skill level. High Quality, Medium Quality and Low Quality refers to the effort put into art or a design, it does not refer to skill level of an artist! A beginner artist would do a bunch of effort into art only for it to be labeled as low quality as if they didn't put any effort at all into it. The way that a majority of people use it, use it wrong. Don't ever refer to any of my art or design as these terms unless you actually know what they mean. If you make comments like this, I'll most likely delete them, I understand you wanting to send praise to my art sometimes but these terms can come off offense, especially when they're not used in the right context.

Stealing my OCs or Designs is immediate blacklist! Duh.

Password. Password is automatically needed to purchase an adopt. Please provide it via inbox if you're on TH and via dms on other platform like Amino and Tumblr.

Designs Section 

Credit me for my designs. Most people know this and you shouldn't be surprised if I'm annoyed after finding out I wasn't given credits. If I redesigned an OC, credit me for a redesign please. I won't actively enforce this on TH though since it shows me as creator, but I will on other platforms.

Never sell my designs for in-games things! This includes things like Rodux, Animal Jam items and Flight Rising gold. This will get you an instant greylisted (temporarily). One again you will get greylisted for selling my designs for in-game things!

Gift Cards. This one is iffy. You can sell/trade my designs for gift cards ONLY if you have one with more then 10 pieces of art, one of the art pieces is worth real money, or purchased the oc with money as a whole.

Refunds and Trade backs. I don't do refunds or trade backs on designs you loss interest in. If you just want to give the oc back to me for free that's fine but you asking for the oc you traded them for back I will not do.

Keep prices close to the same when reselling. My designs usually have a set price. If I sale them for that price, that what I expect them to be resold at unless they have extra art or you are deeply still connected to them but that does have a cap of 100+ what you got them for (only applying to virtual currency). The only exception to this rule are my "doodle" designs where were made to be quick and cheap, you can only sell those for 50+ what you bought. This can be ignored if they have another price of art that is of a higher quality or has a reference sheet. 

If you want to sell one of my designs for real currency, you can ONLY do it if you have commissioned art worth real currency, they have 5+ art pieces or bought them for real currency.

You can gift OCs and/or Get rid of OCs I've gifted. If I gift you an OC, either I like you, don't want the OC or think you can do a lot better with it then I can. While I prefer gifted OCs not to be sold, I don't really care much about it. I understand you suddenly getting an OC you didn't want or know what to do with can cause conflict and getting rid of them is completely justified. Especially if they have a lot of art and you don't want to just give them away for free with nothing in return. Just follow the rules of reselling. If you wish to know the original price just ask me and I'll tell you if I still have it saved + what the price might have risen up to with the extra art.

You don't need to ask me if you can resale an OC you bought from me I usually don't give a damn unless the rules are being broken. 

Cooldown is 7 days. After a week then you can sell them again, but don't buy them just so you can sell and use them as a trading chip. 

Someone else is allowed to buy something for you. If there is an design or commission that you want but can't afford, someone else is allowed to buy it for you but they won't get a discount for being nice since this can be taken advantage of.
