Rule #1 If I feel as though you have acted rudely, over the line, harassingly, or am otherwise uncomfortable, I reserve the right to decline and/or refund commissions

Rule #1B {Adopts Clause} If I feel as though you have acted rudely, over the line, harassingly, or am otherwise uncomfortable with your behaviour, I reserve the right to rescind ownership of any adopt. If the adopt was bought as a custom, gacha result, or premade, a refund will be issued. If the adopt was a free adopt, giveaway, or raffle, you will not recieve any compensation. If the adopt was received in a trade, compensation will be offered in the forms of A) Monetary B) Original Character Traded C) Other Character D) Art

Rule #2 You agree to credit me with every use of art made for you. This includes off-site and onsite.

Rule #3 Please PM me if you intend to transfer commissioned art or customs to another person. That person must agree with my TOS before the trade/gift/transfer/sale is completed

Rule #4 You may sell your custom/adopt for the price that you paid ONLY. Exceptions apply if you have extra artwork (please PM me).

Rule #5 You may not, under any circumstance, allow those on the blacklist to own any work created or adopted from this account

Rule #6 {FAILURE TO COMPLY CLAUSE} Ignoring this or failure to do so will result in you being blacklisted and your ownership of the goods rescinded as per Rule 7B

Rule #6B {EXCEPTION CLAUSE} Exceptions may be made to Rule 6 if I am given sufficient reason

Rule #7 The blacklist, whether you are blocked or not, is non-negotiable and extends across all groups under my leadership.

Rule #8 It is your own responsibility to read and comply with these rules. I will assume that all rules were read before the sale, and breaking the rules (regardless of if you knew of it or not), will be taken as purposeful.
