Red Rose, as a business man, believes that the guest is always right. However, he will do anything to protect his employees from wrongful treatment. He loves all of his employees because he knows how hard they work to make his business thrive. It's a team effort behind the master genius Red Rose himself. But..of course, as a man, he has a little weak spot for his sweet little bunny waitresses walking around the casino in their skimpy clothes.

Despite his love of his employees, he definitely uses them for his own gain. He wants success, riches, and attention. So he treats them well most of the time, but he's pretty needy and bossy. He wants hings to go his way. 

Red Rose is also nicknamed "The Space Pirate" because of his eyepatch and look. No one really knows what he was up to before he started this casino and no one knows the real way he got his eyepatch. But most people are too scared to figure out the truth, and Red Rose is just happy with the attention he gets.
