Eldritch 'growths' can be anywhere on her body but are usually below her  waits. They can be hidden completely as in she would look completely  normal if she was naked. Although she prefers to have them out but  hidden under her outfit.

Story/Background is a WIP. I'm not too sure which one I want to go with although I imaging #1 is the most likely.
1) Elise is the head of a cult trying to resurrect a blood god using the body of a virgin maiden, creating Sidonia. Elise had already gained her eldritch growths through previous cult experiments.

2) Sidonia is an eldritch deity that is worshiped by the cult Elise is part of. Sidonia 'blessed' her with eldritch growths.
