Reported Incident:  Authorities were called to Fredonia elementary school. When the first responders arrived at the scene, they were shocked to find a bloodbath. 6 students had been brutally killed, and in the middle, it seemed only one of the students survived. The first responders helped the last survivor out for questioning, and the other officers went to conduct an investigation of the student's deaths. What they uncovered was that there was no conceivable way these students died naturally. Some deaths were labeled under asphyxiation, however, there were no fingerprints to indicate strangling. Other students had simply exploded from an inhuman amount of pressure in their bodies. It is unsure who- or what- committed this heinous crime, however, either way, the girl will be charged guilty. Everyone needs someone to blame, after all.
History:  Penelope's parents weren't the best. They would have frequent arguments, many of which involved throwing objects at each other. Penelope had had enough and tried to stop them from fighting, but her persistence only made things worse. Instead of her parents targeting each other, they started targeting her. All she had ever wanted from them was admiration, and this constant negativity was enough to push her over the edge. The last thing she remembered was packing a suitcase and running away. When she woke up, she was back in her bed. She walked downstairs, and both of her parents were dead. She immediately called the police, however they could find no murder weapon. Both of her parents looked like they had been strangled to death, however, the cops could find no fingerprints anywhere on their bodies. In the following time, Penelope moved in with her grandmother. In this new school, Penelope was bullied a lot for acting too much like a child. She did not have enough medication one day, and when she went to school she was bullied harder than most times. The lack of medication and feeling of so much pent-up rage made her black out. When she awoke, she was in the center of a mass murder of her fellow students. Six of them were dead, laying around her. She is convinced that she is innocent, and the real killer framed her. Personality:  Penelope ’s not all that strong, and not amazingly smart, but she is quite adorable. She mesmerizes people with her charisma, and her extroverted nature allows her to make many friends. Because of her personality, (ENFP-T) it doesn’t take long for her to form close bonds. People love being around her energetic nature, and it almost makes living in an actual prison bearable. However, for some people, she is too energetic. This poses a problem, as Penelope wants everyone to like her. Most people come around, eventually. She is quite sensitive, vulnerable to any criticism. She is not quick to become upset, however, because Penelope is quite a persistent person. If she does get upset, her emotions will fuel her every move. Most of her emotions will turn into anger. She will use these emotions until she is physically and emotionally drained.           Appearance:  Penelope is a girl of a small figure. Her hair is a bright shade of yellow, most times put up in a messy bun. If her hair is ever put down her hair would be about shoulder length. Occasionally she will put her hair into two small pigtails. She can be seen gazing off into space, or shadowing close behind her favorite person in the prison academy, Alice. Her bright blue eyes are always the center of attention, along with her smile. She has a small gap between her two front teeth, which adds to her charm. Penelope has naturally tanned skin, not pale but not excessively tanned. Penelope loves sweets, which is apparent by her fluffy, cute attire. She enjoys to wear overalls because they feel the most comfortable, and she will never be seen without her gear-shaped necklace. She has only one pair of shoes, which were the mary janes she was brought in with.
