History

Nenetl was hatched in a Yuan-ti clan & raised in the lowest caste of Yuan-ti culture. She was raised by her caste to perform infiltrations to human societies, so that yuan-ti might undermine them from within. She is very knowledgable in historical and magical lore as a result, and is actually quite good at imitating human culture. A guilty pleasure that resulted from this research was an infatuation with the other planes of existence (figuring out how to dominate and assimilate those planes for the Yuan-ti, of course). She learned to fight, learned the way of poisons and prepared herself for what she thought was going to be a relatively simple life. Most importantly, she wasn't unhappy in this endeavor- Yuan-ti believe their caste is their purpose, and find security in knowing their purpose.

One day she experienced a theophany in a dream from Sseth and when she awoke she had a shard of one of his scales clutched in her hand, along with a mission.

Go to hell. Kill Asmodeus.

The anathemas began training her personally to complete such a task, and she is now traveling through hell along with four other companions. Nenetl believes her god has chosen her to depose of Asmodeus so that the world will be rid of one more evil in the world, and so the Yuan-ti can take over hell. She also believes it to be her personal mission to inform the denizens of hell that they will soon be ruled by Yuan-ti. Whether or not that is what her god truly desires has yet to be seen.
