Design Terms of Use
•If you buy a design from me, it's yours. I don't mind what you do with it to a certain extent, but I always love to see my designs in use. There are basically no restrictions on what you can do with them art wise. NSFW, gore, it's YOUR character. Not mine.
The only ""restrictions"" are:
- Do not draw proship content, right-wing political garbage, feral NSFW or other content of that nature of/with my designs. While ultimately it is out of my control and I do not believe in revoking designs, if I find you drawing such things, you will be blacklisted and I will remove credit from the design.
•If redesigning a character, there's absolutely no limitations on what you can do. No need to contact me either. Simplify, make them more complex, etc. All up to you. If you make MAJOR edits to the character, please credit yourself as a designer!
However, if an adopt I made was specifically trans, be it mtf, ftm or non-binary, I would appreciate if their identity was kept and that they are not detransitioned. But again, this is just a wish from my side - do whatever if that helps ya feel connected. As long as there is no transphobia involved, you won't be blacklisted, nor will I remove credits.
•Don't resell for more than you have bought the character for, unless the character has more art. Some notes for pricing, when reselling:
- Please value your own art and add it to the worth if comfortable!
- Art from trades should also be added to the worth!
- FREE and GIFT art of all sorts should NOT be added to the worth!
- Art from contests, aside from the artwork(s) that won, should NOT be added to the worth!
- If you obtained a character or art for AC, the conversion depends on what time you got the artwork or character. 2021-first half of 2022 follow a 2kAC = $1 conversion, anything from then on onwards should follow a 40kAC = $1 conversion, as AC sellers run rampant and you can easily get hundred thousands of coins for a couple bucks.
•The only other rule I have for reselling, is to not sell a design to:
- Open Proshippers/Comshippers/Proshippers in general/🌈🍖/People who proudly call themselves "problematic".
- Zoos, MAPs, anyone who is or associates with pro-paraphilia communities.
- People that use or excuse the use of the Confederate flag, or similar flags and symbols of that kind.
- Known scammers, terrible people, etc.
