Design Notes:

• Mane is made of water (#67F2FF and #AAF8FF at 50% opacity)
• Perpetually bent and mangled swirly antennae
• Tufted ear tips
• Fangs poke out of mouth even when closed
• Body build can best be described as "ping pong ball head on a pipe cleaner body" (round head with big cheeks/jowls on an incredibly lanky body)
• Ventral side of wings is a cyan gradient, but dorsal side is solid darker aqua
• Lopsided, faintly glowing cyan halo floats over his head
