John doesn't remember much about his early childhood, it only goes as far back as memories of his birth mother; a cruel lady who did nothing but abuse her son for failing to do simple things or for the hell of it.
One day, he just woke up in a land he had never seen, before him was a castle, surrounded by lava. Despite being a child, he was still hauled inside by some guards, and he was presented to Magma. John was clearly horrified of the elemental, but Magma didn't do anything harsh at all, in fact he offered the child a room to stay in for the meantime while they figure out where he came from.
John was placed under the care of Loloa for this while, the two got along very well, John even referred to her as "Mom" at one point and it took her off guard. Magma even took a hand in raising him, giving him new clothing, and making sure he stayed on a proper path, he even started to call him Tank, to distance him from his previous life.
One day, Tank's mother found her way into the realm of Magma's castle, she forcefully took Tank home, and the castle dwellers didn't know how to take this, but once Magma heard the news; he became furious. The same night, Magma had devoured Tank's birth mom, killing her. Magma took Tank back to the castle, and from that point on; Tank's life became perfect.
Tank has nothing but respect for Magma and how well he treated him as a child, and even now as a young adult. Tank doesn't think he'd even be alive without Magma.
Tank had known Chronicle for awhile, but they really got close around Tank's 19th birthday, close enough to where Tank soon fell in love and was pulled into the poly relationship.
Tank and Shaun originally just kinda liked each-others presence in the poly relationship, but as the years went on their love in the relationship became more genuine.
Mystery;
Tank has never seen his birth father, nor does he even know if his birth father exists, the only possible lead is that his father is probably an elemental, somewhere up in the Land Above.
Side Info;
-Tank was originally created as a submissive porn character, til my wonderful boyfriend Mark gave me the idea that he could be the 3rd in Chronicle and Shaun's relationship
-I originally planned to make Tank my first transgender character, but I figured that honor belonged to Scot instead.
