A wizard from the Northern Country. His magic tool is a bubble wand, and the bubbles have the ability to show future events. Liddell keeps his eyes shut most of the time, as he does not want to see the future.
He has no desire to be a wizard, and wishes to give up his magical power-- going far enough as to try forcefully remove the crest.
Due to a curse placed on him by his master whom he trained under, he is unable to make promises.
Liddell has a fascination with other worlds; one where he does not have to be a wizard anymore. Though he is originally not interested in the other wizards, he agrees to cooperate them to assist the Master Sage. He is fascinated by the Master Sage Akira's world and is enthusiastic about helping them go home, although his ulterior motive is to go back along with Akira.
He was once a good friend of Murr from the Western Country, hoping Murr could help him discover a way to travel dimensions.
Rumor has it Liddell once made it, very briefly, to Akira's world. The strange headband was the only thing he could bring back.
Liddell is friendly and amiable-- that is, until he finds that you are no longer of use to him.
