03 — Background
Eve is an incredibly compassionate and empathetic woman with ethereal beauty. She was originally a Celestial who healed the Earth and wounded. She is kind towards everyone and would even heal her enemies as she believes all life is precious. One of Eve's remarkable traits is her indomintable will; a love so powerful and unbreakable that not even her all-mighty father can shatter.
Long ago, Eve wandered into the Underworld and fell in love with a demon named Astaroth. She was punished by her father for her disobedience and sentenced to live on Earth as a mortal. Both Eve and Astaroth had their memories manipulated by her older brother Ephraim under the order of their father, but not even that or death could truly separate them.
Eve met Astaroth again in her human reincarnation and discovered he was a demon but showed no fear thus sparking his curiosity. She felt something familiar about Astaroth, a strange longing she wasn't able to explain. As they spent more time together she started to realise she had fallen in love with the demon, something her exorcist father surely will not be able to accept. Unfortunately, this love will soon lead to her eventual death.
For what felt like the longest time, Eve's soul was trapped and unable to reunite with Astaroth due to a war in her realm. She felt empty and lost without him by her side and cannot recall how many times she's cried. Her desire to be with him was so strong it manifested itself and took on the form of Eris, her counterpart, who would go on to watch over Astaroth in her place.
Eve would eventually reincarnate as a mortal once again and reunite with Astaroth. Although she had no memories of her previous lives she still felt that there was something special about him and a sense of longing she couldn't understand. She eventually learns about their tragic past and comes to believe they were meant to be together no matter what.
After some time, Eve asks Astaroth about having a child since it is her dream to create a family with him. Hesitant and fearful of losing the woman he loves again, Astaroth would warn her that doing so would potentially kill her however Eve was stubborn and she wasn't going to give up believing there was a chance she could survive. Unfortunately, wishful thinking wouldn't be enough to save her. Eve would die once again moments after holding their son, Noah, in her arms.
Eve's soul would return back to her realm where her brother would protect her until she is allowed to reincarnate again. However seeing his sister so miserable from being separated from her child and husband pained him. After witnessing how much Eve and Astaroth loved, he too believed they were meant to be together. Ephraim would plead to their father to end Eve's cycle of death as punishment and let her be with her new family. Meanwhile Eris, her counterpart, would return to Astaroth's side and watch over Noah in Eve's place since they share the same soul. In a sense, Eve was able to be close to her husband and child spiritually through Eris. Roughly 2-4 years after Noah's birth, Eve's father decides to finally end her punishment and allow her to reunite with her beloved family.

Lover | Husband
Astaroth and Eve fell in love centuries ago but were tragically separated when her father disapproved of their relationship. Eve was punished and cursed to live a cycle of death and reincarnation as a human with no memories of her original life. Fate reunited the couple and they fell in love all over again. However, their reunion would be cut short by Eve's tragic death leaving the demon prince to grieve alone, not knowing when the only woman he ever truly loved would return.
Many years later, the two would reunite and live together happily but Eve would surprise Astaroth one day asking about having a child to which he's hestitant about knowing there's a chance she won't survive having a child with his demonic blood. Astaroth would eventually give in and agree to have a child with her, making her dream of starting a family with him come true however as he had feared, Eve would lose her life moments after giving birth to their son.
The two would be separated again until her father finally ends her punishment and allows her to be with the man she loves most. Eve believes that love has no boundaries and they are proof of this fact.
Son
Astaroth and Eve's future first born son. Eve would eventually die moments after he is born since her mortal body was not able to endure the effects of giving birth to a child with demonic blood. She wishes to have been able to hold him a little longer but does not blame him for her death and hopes Astaroth does not blame him either. Eve would watch over her child and husband from a distance and eventually reunite with them when her father frees her from her cycle of punishment. She is grateful for Noah's existence as he is living proof for the love between her and Astaroth.
Counterpart
Eve and Eris are one and the same. Eris is the manifestation of Eve's desire to protect and be with her lover. They share the same soul and a special telepathic bond which enables them to spiritually feel whatever the other experiences. Eris stayed close to Astaroth under the guise of a dark knight and mysteriously disappeared when Eve returned.
Shortly after Noah's birth, Eris returns no longer hiding her face. Eris quietly took the role of "mothering" Noah as Astaroth was in too much grief after losing Eve. Through Eris, Eve was able to still be close to her infant son spiritually.
Older brother
Ephraim is Eve's older brother from her original life. Eve lost her memories of her previous lives and does not realise he watches over her and does whatever he can to keep her safe without intervening too much. Ephraim usually oversees that his sister's soul is protected so that she can reincarnate but she cannot return to her true form or regain her previous memories until her punishment is over. He hopes one day they can reunite again so that he can tell her he's sorry for not being able to save her.

Luca is a friend from Eve's original life. Apparently he had a thing for her at one point but she didn't feel the same way about him.
Friend
A friend of Eve from her original life. He tried to win her affection and confessed his feelings to her but she turned him down and told him they should stay friends instead. Overall, she still thinks he's a good person.
Maid
Margarita is Eve's extremely enthusiastic, loyal demon maid, guard and fangirl. Eve appreciates Margarita's loyalty and care towards her and Astaroth and thinks it's adorable how much she supports their love.
Maid
Martini is Eve's demon maid and guard. She may not be as excitable as her twin sister Margarita but Eve knows Martini is loyal to her and Astaroth. Eve feels lucky to have such devoted maids by her side.
