An exiled mage from a small border town in Eaqolion, taking refuge in Pliasiron. A bitter and exhausted woman, she is reluctant to share or reveal too much.  The reasons of her exile are confidential, and she sure won't share them.  It seems that destruction and flame follows her wherever she goes. Cincia of Eaqolion is her sister, but they havent talked in years. Fotiá seems to harbour deep anger towards her sibling.
