Mika Collin
A young fashion design student who's brand new to the big city, with brand-new clothes and a brand-new future in mind to match! Despite working so many jobs, and being friendly acquaintances with so many people, nobody can say that they really know who Mika is really like, or where she came from; something caused by her unwanted distance. A ghost in human's clothes, perhaps? ...Though, it's hard to tell if she's the one haunting or being haunted. PLEASE LAUGH
Personality.
DETERMINED / PARANOIDMoralistic, stubborn, and very much future-oriented, Mika Collin is someone who’s now wholeheartedly (…?) determined to live her life exactly the way she wants it to be; using her own judgement and solely trusting her own way of thinking, trusting that only her ideas and her ideas alone will bring her to a happy future. Despite this, Mika is still at least somewhat caring of the people around her, wanting the best for them and remaining friendly in… most of her interactions (this does NOT include the person who called her costume design a “flop” during one of their peer reviews)

enneagramEven with this desire for pushing forward, moving on, and in general trying to have a hopeful outlook on life, Mika can be the slightest bit pessimistic/suspicious (the slight part is highly debatable), and her awkwardness in practically every field doesn’t help much. In social situations, despite being mostly kind, Mika tends to fall back into the crowd, distancing herself and usually not voicing her own opinions, instead thinking things over in her head and making her own judgments based strictly off of her own way of thinking. Sounds contradictory, right?

Despite her seemingly dull eyes, one of Mika's strong points is her perceptiveness. She's always quick to notice cracks in either the situation or a person's facade, and will respond accordingly... most of the time. She literally doesn't care about the teenage tiktok "borrowers" that always come into the [generic retail store] that she works at
dexterity
For someone who's sewn as long as she has, it's no wonder that Mika is skilled with her hands! Mika is able to make fine incisions/precise movements when needed, using steady hands, no matter how tired she may be... which is most of the time, actually. Maybe she's just built different...?
avoidance
Mika is uncomfortable with the feeling of being controlled/being bound by responsibility, and will oftentimes avoid this by stepping back into the crowd and holding her true thoughts in her mind/metaphorically turning into one of the ghosts she is so enamored with. However, all this ends up doing is driving her further apart from the people in her life. AWKWARD
Trivia.
- GOD AWFUL AT COOKING. BURNS DOWN THE KITCHEN EVERY TIME SHE TRIES
- despite this, she still works several restaurant jobs, though they make sure to keep her as far away from the stove as possible

Design notes.
- her eyes are actually brown i swear the pink is just a highlight (please draw if in if you want though)
- mika has eyebags, though she usually tries to cover them with her dollar store foundation (it does not work)
- ^ VEEERY SLIGHT FRECKLES AS WELL! these are optional though i forget them always
- while her hair is relatively thick, it's also very fly-away! when not brushed, its extremely messy and fluffy (she also tries not to let this happen, though...)
