Erasmus (Non-VTM Erasmus)

This is his NON-VTM verse! He's a programmer in a high-tech world connected to a developing story and is a merperson. He's capable of transforming his tail fin (which is based on a mix of angler fish and seahorse) into legs, but he needs to wear a special wetsuit that keeps him from drying out. He can see in the dark and emits bio-luminescence when he wishes to do so. He has both lungs and gills, too.
