- I'm still allowed to use the refsheet as an example of my art/designs after the raffle, though the design itself will belong to the new owner.
- Trade and regift is allowed, but no resale unless there's additional paid art
- Do not claim the design as yours. You do not have to credit me as the designer for every piece of work with the character, but if you will post future art of them on DA, I'd love to be tagged to see what you did with it.
- Do not trace or copy the design.
- Feel free to alter the original design as much as you like after you receive it, but please do not alter or delete the original image.
- Non-NFT commercial purposes of the character is allowed, but DO NOT use my art for it. Meaning, please do not make merchandise using the art of the adoptable's sheet itself. Please do redraw the character or comission someone else if you want to use the character for merch purposes.
