God of the Underrealm. Works closely with Frey/Phoenix to capture and destroy corrupted and cursed souls. Most of these souls are caused by the acts of angels and Teramaghi’s antics. Their aim seeming to be to remove intelligent life and take their energy as their own. One of the best methods being to corrupt as many souls as possible so they are unable to be reborn again.

Culnane personality and things:
Usually bored but duty driven. Not actually able to leave the underrealm, likely wouldn’t if given the chance to even though he severely wants to. Completely conflicted constantly. Annoys Frey by chatting for way too long when he comes to see if he needs any help keeping unruly souls in check or shifting them to Gate’s Domain. Chipper and boisterous. Not much self-confidence (but also a lot of it? Seems not to pick up on social cues much), aims to please. Large beasty boi. Menacing looking but is a marshmallow (mostly).

Agreeable traits: Bubbly, upbeat, lovable
Unagreeable: Scary, loud, can snap between marshmallow and raging beast (though most find it humorous),
likes: visitors, stories about Ahadra/the overrealm, seeing healed souls move on
dislikes: influxes of unruly souls
loves: trinkets from the overrealm (Frey brings him odd things when he can, even though taking foreign objects into the underrealm is frowned upon due to the chance of a curse being spread through it) (he’s the little mermaid of Ahadra <3 ..but ah, giant big demon boofer of ahadra)
hates: being jeered at by unruly souls about being tainted himself
strengths: physical and magical strengths both through the roof. Unmatched
weaknesses: gets bored easily,
fears: being forever trapped in the underrealm despite not being a corrupt soul himself (or is he? .o. ) Perhaps tainted soul who is too unpredictable to be allowed back
hopes: to one day visit the overrealm

Attributes: scaled? Similar to imprisoned. Deadbloods often get tattoos of scales to represent their only true destination; to Culnane. Tattoo artists are often too afraid to do the ink so deadbloods will often do their own.

Other thoughts on culnane? Demon god born from Maghi’s energy – taken out by the phoenix who held the burden before Frey.
How long was Maghi’s destructive reign? Place where nobody goes? Cursed? Place Culnane was destroyed?
Maghi gathered energy to create Culnane? First deadblood? All other dead bloods an attempt to recreate culnane?
