After a few months of living in a cave in the wastelands around the huge, oppressive metropolis, Portal would end up badly wounded by a Mechaniloid that tracked down his location- destroying his home in the process. Systems damaged and energy fading fast, he began wandering aimlessly, leading to him meeting Aegis, an old-age reploid living a quiet, retired life on the outskirts.
After helping Portal recover, and learning about the treatment he received at the hands of those in charge... Aegis feels spurred on to fight once more, alongside his new companion.

As a person, Portal is a serious, no-nonsense Reploid... hard not to be when lives are on the line. However, he's not cold-hearted- and may even crack a smile at times when Aegis tells a rather humourous joke. Beneath his rough exterior lies a gentle, caring heart, especially when it comes to those he cares about.
A high-quality body custom-made for Portal, as a member of the Neo Arcadian army. The blue gaps in the body help with movement, as well as holding a charge. While it may look somewhat flimsy, those who underestimate him quickly find their assumptions greatly unfounded.
The glowing blue lines throughout give it a sleek, streamlined look, and the furred collar is exceptionally plush!
Boots that run up to Portal's knees, giving him ample speed and shock absorbtion. The gemlike orbs in the soles serve an important purpose- to hold the energy needed to enable them to expell a controlled blast capable of lifting him up from the ground, or propell him forward for a dash.
While powerful, Portal has no problem maneuvering with them in the air, or adjusting the amount of thrust. However, he cannot stay in the air or dash forever as overheating is a danger.
Chain Rod
A whip that when not in use looks like a small pointed baton. When extended however, it contains segments of plasma energy, similar to that of a skeletal tail. The end generates a sharp plasma arrowhead-style tip.
The Chain Rod has several important uses- it can be used to grapple enemies, latch to ceilings and platforms, and deliver electric shocks capable of stunning foes. Paired together with a good teammate, the second someone gets grappled by it, they're helpless against the attacks of the other Reploid.
- Has hand beans.
- Not even Portal is immune to the EMP device inside him- if it gets removed or detonated, he will also die. He was originally ok with this addition to his body, but after almost being used to blow up a civilian sector...
- Is actually the son of Anubis Necromancess III.
- His hearing is incredible thanks to his long ears.
- His iris is magenta, while his pupil is a bright blue.
