Alissandre

The young leader of the dragon kingdom, Alissandre inherited a beautiful throne and a people stripped of their true nature. She has no interest in righting the wrongs her predecessor wrecked on her race, and fears only losing her power. 

diminutive, appears very calm and placid. easily excitable behind closed doors, loves anything held in her honor but has very low social stamina, she passes duties off to other people to avoid getting burned out. meddling, she likes to play matchmaker and move her family around to best suit her, and how she thinks would best suit them. while she outwardly appears younger than almost everyone in her family or line, shes packed full of centuries of wisdom and tradition. she can be stubborn, but also asks for the advice of others often, even if she doesn't heed it in the end. underestimate her at your own risk. can be harsh and exacting.

eats precious metals and gems as snacks and frequently gifts things to others only to nibble on them later.
doesn't quite throw fits but can get petulant when she gets pushback. 

like all royals has a form of the Dragon Voice, which is an extra layer over her speech that allows her some control over others. Alissandre's Voice is absolute and constant and cannot be denied, though it takes a lot from her to hold many in thrall and is a patch job for mutiny at best.
